Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners, LLC (“FLB”) was formed by William B. LeBlanc and Blair Fernau to take advantage of opportunities arising in the ever-changing private equity and real estate markets. Since 1998, the principals of FLB have been utilizing private equity as active investors and operators in commercial real estate, as well as invest in and assist with restructure and growth strategies for balance sheet constrained operating companies where we believe we can help add value. The companies are headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland.
